The philosophy upon which Cyrus International School is based embraces the most fundamental teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori. Our method is designed to constantly build upon the individual skills and knowledge the child is acquiring at every age level. By offering multi-aged classrooms rich with Montessori materials, your child will be actively engaged in their own learning process.

Cyrus International is a bilingual (English and French) school that aims at facilitating children’s development following a fusion of Montessori and Cambridge methods to early-years education.

Curriculum

The objectives of the Montessori approach to early years education is independence, concentration, order. Traditional Montessori curriculum areas in our classrooms are Practical Life, Sensorial, Numeracy, Literacy, Knowledge and Understanding of the World (KUW).French language is compulsory for all classes in preschool.

• Classes

  Creche, Nursery, Kindergarten and Reception classes in preparation for the Cambridge program in primary school

• Ages

  We accept ages 3 months to 5 years.

• Hours

  Monday to Fridays at 7am - 4pm

• Extra-curricular activities

  Our preschool is open on Monday to Fridays at 7am - 4pm

• Children are engaged with exciting weekly sessions of African Dance, Physical Education, Piano lessons, ICT and Swimming.
